PhD Workshop on Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Competition

We are pleased to announce this year’s joint PhD workshop of Copenhagen Business School, École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, Ghent University, KU Leuven, University of Luxembourg, Technical University Munich and ZEW. The workshop offers young researchers the opportunity to discuss their work with experienced scholars and fellow students. It is especially aimed at PhD students working in the fields of innovation, entrepreneurship and competition economics.

PhD students are invited to present either (a) early stage work or (b) fully developed papers. Time slots will be assigned according to the development stage of the submitted work. In your application, we ask you to indicate which stage best describes the paper you intend to present.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s PhD workshop will take place online via video conference. ZEW is prepared to welcome a limited number of participants in person at ZEW in Mannheim. Personal participation will depend on the circumstances and regulations that apply then.
