AURÖ Workshop for Young Researchers in Environmental and Resource Economics

Workshop

On behalf of the Standing Field Committee on Environmental and Resource Economics of the German Economic Association (AURÖ), the University of Mannheim and ZEW Mannheim jointly organise the 2025 AURÖ Workshop for Young Researchers in Environmental and Resource Economics. The workshop will take place at ZEW in Mannheim.

We invite submissions from young researchers in environmental and resource economics, particularly PhD students and postdocs from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The workshop aims to provide a platform to present research, engage in professional discussions and network with peers from German-speaking countries.

The deadline for submissions is 30 November 2024. Submissions can be made in the form of a working paper or an extended abstract of 1–2 pages, which should include the motivation for the paper, outline the research question, identify the contribution to the literature, describe the methodology, and report the (expected) results. The working paper/extended abstract must contain the title of the paper, and the names, institutional affiliations, and email addresses of all authors.
