The twelfth Annual MannheimTaxation Conference will take place on 18 and 19 September 2025 in Mannheim, Germany.

  • business taxation,
  • tax avoidance and evasion,
  • behavioural responses to taxation,
  • tax harmonisation in the European Union,
  • the political economy of taxation,
  • international taxation and
  • tax law.

The programmes of previous MannheimTaxation conferences can be found here and here

We are happy to announce that Leslie Robinson (Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College) and Juan Carlos Suarez Serrato (Stanford Graduate School of Business) will be this year’s keynote speakers.

The conference is organised by the Leibniz ScienceCampus MannheimTaxation, which is a joint initiative of the University of Mannheim and ZEW Mannheim. MannheimTaxation aims to foster high-quality research in the broad field of taxation and provides a platform that brings together researchers from various tax disciplines.
