About DG GROW and the fellowship programme
The DG GROW Fellowship Programme aims to integrate scientific expertise into key EU policy areas. Fellows work closely with the Chief Economist Unit of the Directorate-General and provide support regarding analyses on industrial competitiveness, strategic dependence, innovation policy and regulatory issues in the internal market. The initiative was established to strengthen knowledge exchange between research and politics and to incorporate current economic developments into policymaking at an early stage.
