Digital Economy

Raphaela Andres studied economics at the University of Mannheim, the Vienna University of Economics and Business in Austria and spent a semester at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in Spain. During her studies, she focused on the empirical analysis of policy programmes. In her bachelor’s thesis she analysed the wage effects of digital skills, and in her master’s thesis she investigated the driving forces behind the electoral success of right wing parties in Europe. She joined ZEW’s Research Unit “Digital Economy” in October 2018.
