Emanuel Kollmann studied law at the universities of Mannheim and Oslo, Norway. After his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Mannheim, he took up his doctoral studies at the University of Mannheim’s School of Law and Economics in 2019. His research focuses on the legal and economic backgrounds of telecommunications regulation with a particular focus on broadband deployment.
