Johannes Walter has been a researcher in the Junior Research Group "Digital Market Design" since May 2019. His research revolves around the question of how algorithmic decision making on digital platforms influences the design of markets. He completed his Master's degree in economics at the University of Cologne and his Bachelor's degree at the University of Passau, including exchange semesters at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic, and Durham University, United Kingdom.
