The current euro area crisis management is driven by the need for immediate stabilisation. This Lunch Debate, in contrast, will develop ZEW’s views on desirable long-term reforms, including reflections on the future shape of a European fiscal union and on well-defined procedures for dealing with sovereign debt crises.
