Period: 01.02.2017 – 31.01.2018

Within this project, a study on the topic "Resilience against crises from export shocks - concept, quantification and strategy" will be written. The aim of this study is to develop the term of crises resilience with respect to the resilience capacities of states. The leading question is, whether states are capable to avoid, mitigate and adapt to crises in order to ensure or return to their goals of economic policy. Relevant resilience criteria will be derived empirically. In addition, conclusions for a strategy of economic policy to increase resilience in Germany will be drawn.
