Economics of Innovation and Industrial Dynamics

Elisa Rodepeter has been a researcher in the ZEW Research Unit “Economics of Innovation and Industrial Dynamics” since December 2022 and a doctoral student at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) since January 2023. Her research focuses on entrepreneurship, with a particular emphasis on founders' human capital and its influence on entrepreneurial decision making and business success. Current research projects examine the role of migration, personality, and financial literacy in startup processes. She also teaches at the ADG Business School at Steinbeis University. 

Elisa Rodepeter completed her bachelor’s and master’s degree in management and technology at TUM, with a focus on computer science and economics and policy.
