The programme of the summer school features lectures that provide students with a detailed understanding of current topics of innovation, the economics of science and intellectual property rights, empirical competition analysis, and contemporary issues surrounding theories of industrial organisation. Students’ presentations as well as workshops on research methodologies will take place in the afternoon.

Registration Fee

The registration fee is 500 euros and covers accommodation (single or double room), lunch and dinner expenses, access to lectures and workshops, and materials distributed to participants. Please note that travel and other expenses are not included. Complimentary airport transportation to and from the venue will be provided on the arrival (Sunday, 1 October) and departure (Saturday, 7 October) days.

CISS will take place at Velika Plaža (Long Beach) in Ulcinj, Montenegro. This sandy beach stretches for twelve kilometres, making it the longest beach in Montenegro and one of the longest in Europe. The lectures will be held at Azul Beach Resort, conveniently located next to the accommodation venue (Hotel Mona). The venue can be reached via Podgorica or Tivat airport.
