Political Economy of Redistribution

ZEW Mannheim is pleased to announce the call for papers for the 2027 edition of the ZEW Annual Public Finance Conference. The conference will take place on 10 and 11 May in Mannheim, Germany.

The annual conference aims to cover all fields of public economics. This year’s keynote lectures and invited sessions will address questions related to the political feasibility and economic implications of redistribution in welfare states.

Both empirical and theoretical papers are welcome, including completed papers and papers in progress. Submissions related to the focus topic will be given preference.
