Period: 01.09.2018 – 30.04.2021

Modern information and communication technologies (ICT) are an important source of changing working conditions. Recently, employees continuously increased their job-related communication during leisure time. The aim of the project was to investigate the impact of this increase on work-family conflicts and other measures of job quality. In the empirical part, based on a panel of linked employer-employee data intra-individual changes in communication behavior over a long period have been observed.

From 01.08.2019 onward, the project had been perfromed solely by the Market Design research unit.
