Monireh Ravanbakhshhabibabadi

Monireh Ravanbakhsh-Habibabadi joined ZEW’s Research Unit “Pensions and Sustainable Financial Markets” in June 2023. Her research interest covers the areas of household finance and financial intermediation. Her dissertation is supervised by Professor Dr. Tabea Bucher-Koenen.

Monireh studied economics and received her PhD from the University of Tehran in 2020, with a focus on financial economics. During her doctoral studies, she worked at the Central Insurance of Iran and subsequently joined the Central Bank of Iran, where she contributed as a researcher from 2018 to 2023. In September 2023, she joined the Center for Doctoral Studies in Business (CDSB) at the University of Mannheim to conduct a PhD in Finance.
