Atabek Atayev has been a postdoctoral researcher at ZEW’s Research Department “Market Design” since 2020. His research interests lie in the fields of industrial organisation and market design, in particular consumer search and information design.
He obtained his bachelor’s degree in economics at the American University in Bulgaria. After graduating from the University of Konstanz with a master’s degree in economics in 2015, he obtained his PhD in economics from the Vienna Graduate School of Economics of the University of Vienna in 2020.
