Investigating the shift in the factor income distribution in Germany

This project aims at analysing the development of the factor income distribution in Germany and other industrialised countries. In particular, it investigates the role of wage moderation, globalisation, demography, employment structure, trade union power and other factors characterising the institutional framework of an economy. Furthermore, it explores the importance of employees’ profit-sharing.
