Evaluation of Job-Related Language Training for Immigrants

Evaluation of Job-Related Language Training for Immigrants

The project aims at assessing the quality of a large-scale German language course program sponsored by the European Social Fund. The assessment is in three parts: The first part is a qualitative implementation analysis. The second part monitors the language and occupational skills of the participants on the basis of repeated class room interviews. The third part is the estimation of program effects on economic integration using a conrol group design which combines survey and adminitrative data.
