Joscha Krug

Joscha Krug has been working as a researcher at ZEW’s “Environmental and Climate Economics” Unit since September 2022, with a focus on empirical environmental economics. He is pursuing his PhD studies as part of the joint PhD track of ZEW and the University of Mannheim’s Center for Doctoral Studies in Economics.

Before joining ZEW, he obtained two bachelor’s degrees in international economics and sociology from the University of Tübingen as well as a master’s degree in economics from the London School of Economics. Beyond this, he also worked for two years as a consultant in the fields of energy and competition economics.
