Prof. Dr. Heiderose Kilper Elected New Spokesperson of Section B of the Leibniz Association

At the conference of Section B of the Leibniz Association, held at ZEW in Mannheim at the end of May, the new spokesperson and the deputy spokesperson of the section were duly elected. The current spokesperson, ZEW President Professor Wolfgang Franz, will be leaving the position as scheduled after two years. Prof. Dr. Heiderose Kilper, Director of the Leibniz Institute for Regional Development and Structural Planning (Leibniz-Institut für Regionalentwicklung und Strukturplanung) in Erkner, will take office as spokesperson in the middle of this year. Prof. Dr. Thomas Glauben, Executive Director of the Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Development in Central and Eastern Europe (Leibniz-Institut für Agrarentwicklung in Mittel- und Osteuropa) in Halle (Saale), will assume the office of deputy spokesperson.
