Dr. Carlo Gallier studied economics at the universities of Mannheim and Heidelberg from 2007 to 2012. During his studies he focused on environmental and resource economics, econometrics and public choice. In his master thesis he analysed the determinants of the real demand for climate protection. Carlo Gallier worked in the Department of "Environmental and Climate Economics" at the Centre for European Economic Research (ZEW) from November 2012 to February 2022.
