Eduworks: A Multidisciplinary Approach to Research Labour Market Matching Processes

The Eduworks project is one of the first European initiatives to target the area of labour market matching processes with a coalition of researchers and disciplines, which haven't collaborated so closely before. Altogether 15 research fellows are working together from 5 disciplines (Labour Economics, Sociology of Occupations, Human Resource Management, Lifelong Learning and Knowledge Management) to reveal new insights appearing from this multidisciplinary discourse. This talk will give insights into this multidisciplinary approach, detailing particular research areas, focus points and initial results.
