Strategic Planning Unit

Mission Statement

The Strategic Planning Unit is attached to the executive board. It provides administrative and organisational support for the executive directors (information procurement, preparation of meetings and appointments as well as analysis of follow-up actions, support of boards, etc.), and it also coordinates individual projects in close cooperation with the research and service units. It is further responsible for cross-section tasks at ZEW.
