As part of this year’s end-of-year party, ZEW employees supported a special fundraising campaign for the “xundlachen” hospital clowns through the initiative of the ZEW Book Club. During a ‘blind date book’ flea market, wrapped books were sold, with their contents revealed only after purchase.

Many colleagues took part in the campaign by donating books and purchasing the lovingly wrapped surprise titles. At total of 650 euros was raised and donated in full to xundlachen. The association brings joy, hope and light-heartedness to hospitals and care facilities through its hospital clown visits, especially for children but also for adults.

The book club would like to thank all employees whose contributions made this donation possible.
