Parliamentarians to Exchange Ideas at ZEW

A delegation of the FDP/DVP parliamentary group in the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg, headed by Professor Erik Schweickert MdL, chairman of the economic committee of the state parliament, and Gabriele Reich-Gutjahr MdL, economic policy spokeswoman, visited ZEW on 14 January 2020.

Besides an exchange of thoughts and ideas with the institute’s board of directors, ZEW President Professor Achim Wambach and Director Thomas Kohl, the programme of the visit included a lecture by research department head Dr. Georg Licht. He spoke about company start-ups in Baden-Württemberg and engaged in a discussion with the members of the delegation, who showed great interest in this topic.
