The third issue of the publication JUNGE UNTERNEHMEN (Young Firms), released in June 2015, provides insights into recent developments and trends on the German start-up scene. The latest issue touches on a number of questions, such as: Why is the number of start-up businesses in Germany still relatively low? What reasons might explain why companies retreat from their markets? This issue also takes a closer look at start-up dynamics in the cultural and creative industries. JUNGE UNTERNEHMEN is published twice a year by the Centre for European Economic Research (ZEW) in collaboration with the Verband der Vereine Creditreform (VVC).
