This project aims at evaluating the efficiency in terms of job placement of the instruments used within the framework of the so-called “alliance for jobs” in the county of Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald. Using hazard rate modelling techniques, the impact of the instruments on the exit rate from unemployment will be analysed in an econometric analysis based on monthly administrative individual data . Furthermore, an analysis with comparison groups in other employment agency districts is planned.
