The workshop brings together renouned scholars in the area of numerical modeling in order to discuss recent methodological advancements and refinements, their implementation in existing models as well as their value for policy assessment. It shall take stock of the current state of CGE models as a tool used both in academia and policy advice and amplify a dialogue between different modelers. The workshop covers a broad range of topics such as resource extraction, energy markets and innovation.
