Holger Stichnoth studierte Volkswirtschaftslehre an den Universitäten Konstanz, Edinburgh, Berlin (Humboldt-Universität) und wurde 2010 an der Paris School of Economics promoviert.
Seit März 2009 ist er am ZEW im Forschungsbereich "Arbeitsmärkte, Personalmanagement und Soziale Sicherung" tätig. Seine Arbeitsschwerpunkte sind die Familienökonomik und das Steuer-Transfer-Simulationsmodell (STSM).
