The Centre for European Economic Research (ZEW) is pleased to invite submissions for a workshop on "Labour Market Policy Evaluations Using Job Search and Matching Models" in Mannheim on June 8 and 9, 2015. The workshop objective is to discuss recent developments and empirical applications of equilibrium job search and matching models for evaluating labour market policies. We also welcome any other structural econometric approaches focusing on minimum wage policies. The workshop is organised within the framework of the research programme "Strengthening Efficiency and Competitiveness in the European Knowledge Economies" (SEEK) by ZEW. It is part of the SEEK project "Evaluating the Introduction of a Uniform Minimum Wage in Germany: A Structural Equilibrium Job Search Approach".

Interested researchers should submit a full paper or an extended abstract to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than April 15, 2015. Decisions of acceptance will be announced by May 2, 2015. Presenters will be kindly asked to discuss another paper.
Registration and Travel Expenses
For participants presenting a paper, travel expenses (economy class) and accommodation will be covered by ZEW. All participants are requested to register no later than May 10, 2015. Availability of hotel reservationscannot be guaranteed after May 15, 2015. Please note that only a limited number of non-presenters will be able to attend. The workshop fee for non-presenters is EUR 110, covering coffee breaks and lunch on both days as well as the workshop dinner on the first evening.
