As a Novell Netware Certified Novell Engineer (CNE) Frank Soos organises the IT-support at ZEW. He is responsible for the administration of the ZEW Novell Network, Novell Groupwise, Novell ZenWorks and Novell iPrint.
His other tasks are the virus- and patchmanagement as well as the testing of software.
