European Network for the Research on the Economic Impact of ICT (ICTNET)

European Network for the Research on the Economic Impact of ICT (ICTNET)

The objective of ICTNET is to enhance coordination of the research in the economics of ICT in Europe. The project is built around a coordination group and a network of researchers.

The coordination group is composed of four institutions, each of them responsible for one of the four research fields:

  • ICT, Productivity and Growth (ZEW)
  • ICT-enabled innovation (OECD)
  • ICT, R&D and Intangibles (Imperial College London, Business School)
  • ICT diffusion to the economy (Department of Economics of the University of Parma)

The coordination group prepares the agenda of the workshops, provides scientific input for the issue papers and invites the relevant network partners as well as external experts with an outstanding research record. The OECD is coordinator of the network.

For further information see the ICT-Network's homepage.
