The aim of this project is to investigate the ongoing digital transformation and its potential impact on the future of work in Luxembourg taking into account its specific economic structure. The resulting study will inform policy and economic actors about potential fields of action and contribute to the national social dialogue.
The methodological approach relies on desk research and on statistical analysis of available data sources. Furthermore, guideline-based interviews with representatives from policy, economy, and social communities in Luxembourg will be conducted.
