The project aims to strengthen competencies of the Personnel Economics research area in analyzing multi-dimensional linked employer-employee data. It builds on two novel longitudinal matched employer-employee datasets which integrate administrative social security resources with survey data. Using these datasets the research area wants to facilitate causal inference in the field of personnel economics, training, lifelong learning, working conditions and quality of work.
