Recent studies forecast an increasing demand for university graduates in the long-run and, at the same time, a decreasing number of university graduates. This development may lead to an increasing competition for university graduates and challenges the recruitment strategies of German companies. Therefore, this research project aims to outline markets of graduates and skilled personnel in Europe. The project covers the current and anticipated skilled worker availability as well as the description and analysis of the markets for graduates.
