Economic and societal importance of family enterprises

The project is concerned with a comprehensive analysis of the sector of family enterprises in Germany. The analysis focuses on different questions: Main topics are the quantitative assessment of the economic importance of family enterprises, their commitment in corporate social responsibility, problems of intergenerational transition, financing behaviour and financing problems as well as the legal, fiscal and administrative environment of family enterprises.
