Project Workshop: Climate & Energy Policy Perspectives for China and Europe

The project workshop is part of the cooperation between the ZEW research department "Environmental and Resource Economics, Environmental Management" and Fudan University Shanghai. The workshop aims at presenting the joint research findings to date and discussing further cooperation opportunities. The focus is still on research in general equlibrium modelling and energy system modelling. A possible area for cooperation to be discussed is the design and analysis of cap-and-trade systems (emissions trading). Thus the workshop complements the kick-off workshop, which took place in Shanghai in May 2010.
