A New Energy Policy for a New European Commission?

ZEW Lectures on Economic Policy

We have a "European energy policy" at Commission level since about a decade. We know that the European Council did already repeat twice that it won't be continued‎ as it is. Then where is the EU going to? Juncker Commission called it "European Union": a tag or a content?
