The Centre for European Economic Research (ZEW) and the University of Mannheim are pleased to announce the inaugural conference of the Leibniz ScienceCampus "Mannheim Centre for Competition and Innovation" (MaCCI). The major objective of MaCCI is to stimulate and disseminate research in the area of competition, regulation, and innovation policy. The inaugural conference aims to provide a platform for research and discussion between academic researchers and professionals in state authorities, legal counsel and economic consultancies in the aforementioned fields. Theoretical, empirical, as well as case study-oriented articles are welcome. We especially encourage the submission of papers by lawyers focusing on EU competition and/or comparative competition law.
