Daniel Osberghaus studied economics at the Carl von Ossietzky University Oldenburg. In 2009, he joined ZEW's Research Department "Environmental and Resource Economics, Environmental Management". His research focuses on the economics of adaptation to climate change. Furthermore, he has been working on topics like flood mitigation in Germany and behavioural economic decision theories.
