Since 2010, nearly all students who are admitted to engineering in Germany finish their studies with a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree. In this project, we cooperate with vdi Nachrichten (weekly newspaper of the Association of German Engineers), and we aim to investigate the level of acceptance of the new graded degrees in companies. By means of an online survey among HR executives, information on the assessment of and experiences with Bachelor and Master graduates was gathered.
