Beschäftigungsstabilität im Konjunkturzyklus - Eine empirische Analyse mit Individualdaten für Westdeutschland 1984 - 2005

In this article we analyse the effects of economic up- and downturns on individual tenure in West Germany over the 1984 - 2005 period. Using data from the Socio-Economic Panel we apply log-logistic and Weibull accelerated failure time models to estimate the effects.
