G-Mind

  • Download the historical time series in Excel-Format. It is also available via Thomson Financial Datastream (G-Mind: BDGMINDX; G-Mind(Stocks): BDGMSTCK; G-Mind(Bonds): BDGMBOND).

The G-Mind (German Market Indicator) displays the sentiment and expectations of analysts and institutional investors concerning the German stock and bond markets. It is constructed from the results of the ZEW Financial Market Survey. While the G-Mind displays the sentiment for both markets together, the G-Mind(Stocks) displays the sentiment for the German stock market and the G-Mind(Bonds) displays the sentiment for the German bond market.
