The activities of the research area "Digital Networks and Knowledge Acquisition" focus on the networking of individual persons on online platforms as well as through the collaboration on user-generated content, e.g. on the knowledge base Wikipedia. Within this research area, the Research Group is also engaged in issues of labour market research such as the importance of ICT skills or the impact of ICT on the work contents of employees.
