Public and Private Enforcement of Competition Law

Public and Private Enforcement of Competition Law

In this project, we focus on the question of an optimal design of competition law enforcement. We investigate both public and private enforcement perspectives with a particular focus on the derivation of implementable standards guided by an law and economics approach. By investigating real case examples, we aim at building bridges between academic research and practical implementation.
